If you're looking for a secondhand Swarovski-branded necklace, that's a resale item; our pieces use Swarovski crystals as materials and aren't Swarovski products. What to check in a listing
- Vintage or vintage-inspired: the listing should say whether the charm itself is vintage.
- Bead materials: look for named materials, such as Swarovski crystals and crystal pearls, rather than just "crystal".
- Length and extender: most of ours are 40 or 50 cm with a 5 cm extender; some are 50 cm only.
- Clasp: lobster clasps are the most common; a few pieces use rhinestone or toggle clasps.
- How many are left: vintage charms come in limited lots. When a batch sells out, that charm usually can't be reordered.
- Small variations: older charms can vary slightly in shape and color from batch to batch.

Caring for a vintage charm necklace
Put it on after lotion and perfume, wipe the beads and charm with a soft dry cloth, and store it flat in its pouch so the charm doesn't knock against other jewelry. Many charms have painted details, so avoid rubbing them with anything abrasive.
