Because each piece at shinora studio is handmade in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or general wear and tear.
Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.
No returns or exchanges for handmade items
- All jewelry is handmade or hand assembled, and small variations in color, bead placement, or charm details are a natural part of the making process.
- These small differences are not considered defects and are part of the character of each piece.
- For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or decide the item is not your style.
Order issues: damaged, defective or wrong item
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
We will gladly assist you in the following situations:

- If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (for example, a broken clasp on arrival), please contact us with photos and a description.
- We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we will arrange a repair or replacement where possible.

- We will cover reasonable return shipping costs and send you the correct item, or offer an alternative solution if the original item is no longer available.
Non‑refundable items
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval
- Sale items or custom orders
Cancellations
Because we start preparing your order soon after you place it:
- We can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of your order time.
- After this period, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
