Every piece is handcrafted to order in our studio after purchase. Because handmade jewelry requires material cost, careful labor time, and production scheduling, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-quality reasons — including change of mind, incorrect variant selection, minor handmade variations, or personal preference after delivery.

Small handmade variations, subtle differences in crystal placement, minor color variation between screen and product, or slight finish differences may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered quality defects.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shinorastudio@163.com with clear photos or a short video. We will review the case and work with you toward a reasonable solution based on the issue.
