Are these real Swarovski crystals?
Yes. Every crystal and pearl we use is genuine Swarovski: Swarovski crystals and Swarovski crystal pearls. The character charms are vintage or vintage-inspired and are not made by Swarovski.
What size should I choose?
Most necklaces come in 40 cm or 50 cm with a 5 cm extender. If you are unsure, choose 50 cm, which sits just below the collarbone. The exact length for this design is in the Size section.
Can crystals scratch or lose their shine?
Swarovski crystals are precision-cut and keep their sparkle with everyday wear. To keep them looking their best, avoid knocks against hard surfaces and abrasive cleaners.
Can I wear this in the shower, pool or ocean?
We recommend taking it off before showering or swimming and putting it on after perfume or lotion. That keeps the crystals, pearls and clasp looking new for longer.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing and store it separately from other jewelry so the crystals don't rub against each other.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
The beads are Swarovski crystals and crystal pearls; the clasp and extender are metal hardware. If you have a known metal allergy, message us before ordering and we'll tell you exactly what is used on your piece.
