Will a phone chain fit my phone?
In most cases, yes. Our phone chains come with a slim phone tab that sits between your phone and its case, so they work with most phones and cases.
Are the crystals really Swarovski?
Yes. Every crystal and pearl we use is genuine Swarovski. The character charms are vintage pieces sourced from collectors and are not made by Swarovski.
What length should I choose?
Most necklaces come in 40 cm or 50 cm with a 5 cm extender. Not sure? 50 cm sits just below the collarbone and is the easiest choice. Each product page lists the exact length.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 1–3 business days and most US orders arrive 6–8 business days later, with tracking. US orders over $100 ship free.
