Every piece is handcrafted to order in our studio after purchase. Because handmade jewelry requires material cost, careful labor time, and production scheduling, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-quality reasons — including change of mind, incorrect variant selection, minor handmade variations, or personal preference after delivery.

Small handmade variations, subtle differences in crystal placement, minor color variation between screen and product, or slight finish differences may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered quality defects.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shinorastudio@163.com with clear photos or a short video. We will review the case and work with you toward a reasonable solution based on the issue.

Are these real Swarovski crystals?

Yes — every piece is made with authentic Swarovski crystals sourced through authorized channels. Handmade in small batches at Shinora Studio.

What size should I choose?

Click the Size chart button on this page for exact measurements. Bracelets come in 4 sizes; necklaces in 2 lengths. Both include an adjustable extender. When in doubt, size up.

Will the crystals fade, scratch, or lose sparkle?

No. Swarovski crystals have a Mohs hardness of 6-7, making them scratch-resistant, and they never fade — the color and sparkle are part of the crystal material itself, not a surface coating. With normal care, the sparkle lasts indefinitely.

Can I wear this in the shower, pool, or ocean?

Shinora pieces are water-resistant, so brief exposure (rain, quick handwash, splashes) won't harm them. We don't recommend wearing them for extended periods in the shower, pool, or ocean — prolonged water exposure can gradually dull the plated metal clasps and shorten the life of the wire coating. Occasional water contact is fine; all-day swimming or hot showers aren't ideal.

How do I care for my Shinora jewelry?

Take off before extended water exposure (long showers, pool, ocean) or intense exercise, and avoid spraying perfume or lotion directly on the piece. Clean with a soft dry cloth or gentle warm-water rinse — skip ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals. Store in a small pouch to prevent tangling. Are these hypoallergenic?

Yes — nickel-free wire, lead-free crystals. Safe for most sensitive skin.
