Materials
What are Shinora pieces made of?
Most necklaces and bracelets are hand-strung with genuine Swarovski crystals and Swarovski crystal pearls around a character charm. Some designs use glass pearl beads or other crystal beads instead; the Materials section on each product page lists exactly what's used.
Are the Swarovski crystals real?
Where a product page lists Swarovski crystals or pearls, they're genuine Swarovski materials that we buy and string ourselves. Shinora Studio is independent and isn't affiliated with Swarovski, and our jewelry isn't a Swarovski-branded product. Are the charms vintage?
Many are. We source vintage character charms in small lots, so once a batch sells out that charm usually can't be reordered. Some designs use new, vintage-inspired charms. Each product page says which. Our vintage charm necklace guide explains the difference.
What clasps do you use?
Most pieces use a lobster clasp. A few use a rhinestone clasp or a toggle clasp, listed on the product page.
Sizing
How long are the necklaces?
Most charm necklaces come in 40 cm or 50 cm with a 5 cm extender. Some are 45 cm or 50 cm only, our petite pearl strand is 38 cm, and our opera pearl strand is 85 cm.
How do bracelet sizes work?
Most bracelets come in XS (15 cm), S (16 cm), M (17 cm) and L (18 cm), each with a 1 cm extender. Measure your wrist snugly and add 1 cm. A few styles are one size with a 3 cm extender or made to your measurement. Our bracelet guide has a full size chart.
Will a phone chain fit my phone?
It depends on your case. Our phone chains attach with an included nylon strap, so you need a case with a lanyard hole or an opening at the bottom edge, or a phone strap card. See how to attach a phone charm.
Phone chains and charms
What's the difference between a phone chain, a straight section and a phone charm?
The phone chain is the base strap (about 17–21 cm) that attaches to your case. A straight crystal section (about 10 cm) adds length and color. A phone charm is a detachable add-on that clips onto the chain and doesn't include a chain. Our phone chain guide shows example builds.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and typically arrive in about 6–8 business days. US orders over $100 ship free.
Do pieces come gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece ships in signature Shinora packaging.
How much does Shinora jewelry cost?
Phone charms start at $9.90, straight phone chain sections at $32, bracelets at $33, phone chains at $55 and necklaces at $78. Charm necklaces are mostly $118–$168.
Is Shinora jewelry official character merchandise?
No. Shinora Studio is an independent studio. Our pieces use vintage or vintage-inspired character charms and aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any character rights holder.
Care
How do I care for crystal and pearl jewelry?
Put it on after lotion and perfume, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store it flat in its pouch. Open the clasp rather than pulling a bracelet over your hand, which protects the stringing.
