¿Son cristales Swarovski auténticos?
Sí. Todos los cristales y perlas que usamos son Swarovski auténticos: cristales Swarovski y perlas de cristal Swarovski. Los charms de personajes son vintage o de inspiración vintage y no están fabricados por Swarovski.
¿Qué talla debo elegir?
La mayoría de los collares vienen en 40 cm o 50 cm con un alargador de 5 cm. Si dudas, elige 50 cm, que queda justo debajo de la clavícula. El largo exacto de este diseño está en la sección Talla.
¿Los cristales pueden rayarse o perder brillo?
Los cristales Swarovski tienen un tallado de precisión y mantienen su brillo con el uso diario. Para que luzcan mejor, evita golpes contra superficies duras y limpiadores abrasivos.
¿Puedo llevarlo en la ducha, piscina o mar?
