Lo que la hace diferente
El colgante de conejo blanco se seleccionó a mano por su encanto discreto y de cuento. Es un hallazgo limitado, por lo que esta pulsera concreta no podrá volver a hacerse cuando se agote el colgante.
Las cuentas transparentes mantienen una silueta delicada, mientras los cristales Swarovski iridiscentes lanzan suaves destellos de color con el movimiento: un acabado sutil y de colección para una combinación minimalista de pulseras o una mezcla llena de colgantes.

Cada pieza se elabora a mano por encargo en nuestro estudio después de la compra. Dado que la joyería artesanal requiere materiales, trabajo cuidadoso y planificación de la producción, generalmente no aceptamos devoluciones, reembolsos ni cambios por motivos ajenos a la calidad, como cambio de opinión, selección incorrecta de una variante, pequeñas variaciones artesanales o preferencias personales después de la entrega.
Pueden existir pequeñas variaciones artesanales, diferencias sutiles en la colocación de los cristales, ligeras diferencias de color entre la pantalla y el producto, o de acabado. Forman parte del carácter único de cada pieza y no se consideran defectos de calidad.
Si el artículo llega dañado, defectuoso o es muy diferente de la descripción, escribe a shinorastudio@163.com dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrega, con fotos claras o un vídeo breve. Revisaremos el caso y buscaremos contigo una solución razonable según el problema.

¿Son cristales Swarovski auténticos?
Sí. Cada pieza utiliza cristales Swarovski auténticos adquiridos a través de canales autorizados. Se elabora a mano en pequeños lotes en Shinora Studio.
¿Qué talla elijo?
Pulsa el botón de la guía de tallas en esta página para ver las medidas exactas. Las pulseras tienen 4 tallas y los collares 2 longitudes; ambos incluyen un extensor ajustable. En caso de duda, elige la talla mayor.
¿Los cristales pierden color, se rayan o dejan de brillar?
No. Los cristales Swarovski tienen una dureza de Mohs de 6-7, lo que los hace resistentes a los arañazos, y no pierden color: el color y el brillo forman parte del cristal, no de un recubrimiento superficial. Con los cuidados habituales, el brillo dura indefinidamente.
¿Puedo usarlo en la ducha, la piscina o el mar?
Las piezas Shinora son resistentes al agua, por lo que una exposición breve —lluvia, lavarse las manos o salpicaduras— no las daña. No recomendamos llevarlas durante periodos prolongados en la ducha, la piscina o el mar: el agua puede apagar gradualmente los cierres de metal chapado y acortar la vida del recubrimiento del alambre. El contacto ocasional no supone un problema; nadar todo el día o ducharse con agua caliente no es lo ideal.
¿Cómo cuido mis joyas Shinora?
Quítatelas antes del contacto prolongado con agua —duchas largas, piscina o mar— o del ejercicio intenso, y evita aplicar perfume o loción directamente sobre la pieza. Limpia con un paño seco y suave o aclara ligeramente con agua tibia; evita limpiadores ultrasónicos y químicos agresivos. Guarda la pieza en una bolsita para evitar enredos. ¿Son hipoalergénicos?
Sí: alambre sin níquel y cristales sin plomo. Aptos para la mayoría de las pieles sensibles.
