本物のスワロフスキー・クリスタルですか？
はい。使用しているクリスタルとパールはすべて本物のスワロフスキー（スワロフスキー・クリスタルとスワロフスキー・クリスタルパール）です。キャラクターチャームはヴィンテージまたはヴィンテージ風で、スワロフスキー製ではありません。
どのサイズを選べばよいですか？
ほとんどのネックレスは40cmまたは50cmで、5cmのアジャスター付きです。迷ったら鎖骨のすぐ下にくる50cmがおすすめです。このデザインの正確な長さはサイズ欄をご確認ください。
クリスタルに傷が付いたり、輝きが弱くなったりしますか？
スワロフスキー・クリスタルは精密にカットされており、普段使いでも輝きが続きます。きれいな状態を保つため、硬い面へのぶつけや研磨剤入りのクリーナーは避けてください。
シャワーやプール、海で着用できますか？
シャワーや水泳の前に外し、香水やローションの後に着けるのがおすすめです。クリスタル、パール、留め具が長く新品のような状態を保てます。
お手入れ方法を教えてください。
着用後は柔らかい乾いた布で拭き、クリスタル同士がこすれないよう他のジュエリーと分けて保管してください。
