各ブレスレットには、フィット感を調整できる1 cm のアジャスターチェーンが付いています。
測り方： メジャーまたはひもを手首にぴったり巻いて測り、快適に着けられるよう1 cm を加えてください。

返金・交換とハンドメイドの仕上がりについて
すべてのアイテムは、ご購入後にスタジオでご注文に応じて手作りしています。ハンドメイドジュエリーには素材の費用、丁寧な制作の時間、製作スケジュールが必要なため、お気持ちの変化、種類やサイズなどの選択間違い、わずかな個体差、お届け後の好みの変化など、品質上の問題以外の理由による返品・返金・交換は、原則としてお受けしていません。
ハンドメイドによるわずかな個体差、クリスタルの配置の微妙な違い、画面表示と実物の多少の色の差、仕上げのわずかな違いが生じる場合があります。これらは各アイテムの個性の一部であり、品質上の欠陥には該当しません。

よくある質問
本物のSwarovskiクリスタルですか？
はい。すべてのアイテムに、正規ルートで仕入れた本物のSwarovskiクリスタルを使用しています。Shinora Studioで少量ずつ手作りしています。
どのサイズを選べばよいですか？
正確な寸法は、このページのサイズ表ボタンからご確認ください。ブレスレットは4サイズ、ネックレスは2種類の長さをご用意しており、どちらにも長さを調節できるアジャスターが付いています。迷った場合は、大きい方のサイズをお選びください。
クリスタルは色あせたり、傷が付いたり、輝きを失ったりしますか？
いいえ。Swarovskiクリスタルはモース硬度6-7で傷が付きにくく、色あせることもありません。色と輝きは表面のコーティングではなく、クリスタル素材そのものによるものです。通常のお手入れで、その輝きは半永久的に続きます。
シャワー、プール、海で着用できますか？
Shinoraのアイテムには耐水性があり、雨、短時間の手洗い、水しぶきなど、一時的に水がかかっても傷みません。ただし、シャワー、プール、海での長時間の着用はおすすめしません。長く水に触れると、メッキ加工された金属製の留め具が徐々にくすみ、ワイヤーのコーティングの寿命が短くなることがあります。時折水がかかる程度なら問題ありませんが、一日中の水泳や熱いシャワーには適していません。
Shinoraのジュエリーのお手入れ方法を教えてください。
長時間水に触れる前（長いシャワー、プール、海）や激しい運動の前には外し、香水やローションを直接付けないでください。柔らかい乾いた布で拭くか、ぬるま湯でやさしくすすいでください。超音波洗浄機や強い薬品は使用しないでください。絡まりを防ぐため、小さなポーチに入れて保管してください。詳しいお手入れ方法はこちらをご覧ください： Swarovskiジュエリーのお手入れガイド.
アレルギーが起こりにくい素材ですか？
はい。ニッケルフリーのワイヤーと鉛を含まないクリスタルを使用しており、敏感肌の方にも多くの場合お使いいただけます。
