I've been layering this with a delicate silver chain and a small freshwater pearl choker — the combination reads editorial rather than busy. The blue-navy palette bridges winter wardrobes surprisingly well, and the small mermaid cat pendant keeps the whole stack from feeling too serious. Small-batch craft is obvious once you touch it.

I've been burned by plastic bead 'crystal' necklaces before, so I ordered this half-hopeful. It is legitimate Swarovski — the rainbow refraction is unmistakable and completely different from glass. Weight is substantial without being heavy, clasp is smooth, pendant hangs perfectly centered. Already thinking about which colorway to order next.

The pink is softer and warmer than the site photos show — in a good way. Crystals catch the light in a way I keep noticing throughout the day. Mermaid cat pendant is playful without tipping into costume, which is exactly what I wanted for something I can wear to brunch and to work. Comfortable at 45cm, sits right at collarbone. Zero regrets.
