Because handmade jewelry requires material cost, careful labor time, and production scheduling, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-quality reasons — including change of mind, incorrect variant selection, minor handmade variations, or personal preference after delivery.
Small handmade variations, subtle differences in crystal placement, minor color variation between screen and product, or slight finish differences may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered quality defects.
