At shinora studio, we are a small independent studio and we handle each order personally. We aim to respond to your questions and concerns with care and honesty.

Response time

  • We usually respond within 1–3 business days.
  • During busy periods or holidays, it may take a little longer, but we will reply as soon as possible.

Handmade nature of our products

  • All pieces are handcrafted or hand finished in small batches.
  • Slight variations in color, shape, or bead placement may occur from piece to piece.
  • These variations are normal and are part of what makes each item unique.

After‑sales support

Even though we do not accept general returns, we do want you to enjoy wearing your jewelry.

  • If you experience a problem with your piece within 14 days of receiving it (for example, a string coming loose or a clasp issue), please contact us with photos and your order details.
  • We will assess the situation and, where possible, offer guidance on care, repair options, or a suitable solution.

Care & usage

To help your jewelry last longer:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and chemicals.
  • Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising or showering.
  • Store pieces separately in a pouch or box to prevent scratching.
